Workers, civil society and other academics met to share the sufferings of the poor workers affecting their living standards and the lack of knowledge on legislation that it was necessary to create a platform that will improve their lives both in society and in the workplace. This development led to thoughts in light of the political intolerance for the people decided to formulate a platform that will allow all workers to promote an ideas of an economic freedom with a political will and justice to all. Dismissals of workers and other forms of discrimination with massive retrenchments as a mean to avoid progress on the lives of people and to further richer to be more richer and the poor to be more poor, the suppression of freedom of association to avoid conformation by another was visible in the market place thus lack of skills as a result of lack of resources to equip the people. Those workers in the different sectors of economy took to themselves to conduct a research with legal expect with a similar vision of worker rights protection. The research included institutions with capacity to share light on the processes applicable, the instruments as requirements and all risks involved. The workers, employees in their respective working environment amongst others employed in law firms as employees resolved to initiate a platform to which workers will share their opinions on the manner to which the idea can be realized which eventually led the formulation of a Union with those objectives derived for the purpose of realization of a free society, free from exploitation of working people, a well oriented legislative working people and a society that will be granted a bright and educated future for the people and the generations to come. Some of the founders are currently practicing attorneys whilst others from different sectors play a vital role in the protection of workers and in educating workers empowering the of their fundamental rights.
